Order Confirmation

Orders are confirmed only after successful payment authorization. You will receive an order confirmation via email or phone.

Exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

Products must be unused, unwashed, and returned with original tags and packaging in sellable condition.

Customized products, intimates, and items marked final-sale are not eligible for return.

Products that show usage, damage, or missing accessories will not qualify for exchange or refund.

Standard dispatch timelines are shared at checkout. Delivery timelines may vary by city, weather, or logistics delays.

Shipping charges, if applicable, are displayed before payment and are non-refundable unless delivery fails from our side.

Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method. Bank settlement timelines usually range from 5 to 10 business days.

For COD orders, refunds are completed via bank transfer against verified account details.
